Sport Betting Rules

Scope and Interpretation

These Sport Betting Rules govern the use of Indbet’s sportsbook and the placement, acceptance, settlement and redemption of bets. The Operator will apply these Rules in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements for the jurisdiction in which the End User is operating. Indbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw offerings, betting limits or payout limits at any time and without prior notice, as permitted by law and regulatory obligations. Any binding version of these Rules shall be the English language version; in case of discrepancy with translations, the English text prevails.

Definitions

• Sportsbook – the online platform and all components used to provide sportsbook services to End Users, including software, data, interfaces and related materials.
• End User – an individual who accesses the Sportsbook and agrees to these Rules.
• Bet – a risk-based agreement between the End User and the Operator on the outcome of an Event, Market or Set of Markets, wherein a Stake is placed and a Winning or loss results according to the Odds offered.
• Stake – the amount of money transferred by the End User to the Operator for participation in a Bet.
• Outcome – the result of an Event or Market on which a Stake is placed.
• Market – a specific in-game or real-time event on which a Stake may be placed.
• Event – any sports, esports, virtual sport, political, entertainment or other event made available with Odds by the Operator.
• Odds – the coefficient expressed numerically that determines potential Winnings for a Bet.
• Winnings – the amount paid to the End User following a successful Bet.
• Operator – the legal entity offering betting services to End Users in accordance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

General Rules

• Eligibility: No person under the legal gambling age in the End User’s jurisdiction may use the Sportsbook or open an End User account or place a Stake.
• Language and Precedence: If a dispute arises between language versions, the English version governs.
• Bet Acceptance and Reversals: Once a Bet is accepted by the Sportsbook, it cannot be reversed. The Sportsbook is not liable for missing or duplicate Stakes, and it will not review requests to alter accepted Bets on the basis of missing or duplicated Stakes.
• Records and Verification: End Users may review their Bets in the designated history interface to confirm acceptance and status of Bets.
• User-Generated Content and Data: Any statistical data or editorial text supplied by the Sportsbook is for information only and carries no warranty. The End User remains responsible for any betting decisions.
• Automation and Multi-Account Prohibition: The use of automated systems or multiple or third-party accounts in relation to the Sportsbook is prohibited. Bets placed in breach are void.
• Jurisdiction and Offerings: Available Events and Markets may vary by jurisdiction and comply with applicable law. The Operator may modify or remove Markets or offerings at any time.
• Data Sources: The Operator uses reputable data sources to determine bet outcomes and may disclose sources upon request unless otherwise restricted.
• Rule Hierarchy: Market Rules take precedence over Sport Rules; Sport Rules take precedence over General Rules. In the absence of specific Market or Sport Rules, General Rules apply.
• Live Settlement Timing: Settlement and re-settlement timing shall comply with these Rules and any applicable regulatory guidance.

Eligibility and Registration

End Users must provide accurate information and comply with ongoing verification procedures as required by Indbet’s KYC and AML policies. Indbet may request documentation to establish identity, age, address and source of funds. Failure to provide requested information may result in account limitations or closure. Indbet may suspend or terminate an account if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other prohibited activity.

Placing Bets and Bet Acceptance

All Bets placed with Indbet are subject to these Rules and applicable law. A Bet is valid only if it is expressly confirmed as accepted in the betslip. Indbet retains full discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time. The End User is responsible for ensuring the Bet details are correct prior to confirmation.

Bet Types and Market Structure

Indbet offers a range of Bet types and Market configurations. The following descriptions apply unless stated otherwise in the relevant market description.

• Single (Ordinary) Bet: One selection on an Event. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the Odds.
• Combo Bet: Bets on multiple independent Outcomes. All selections must be correct for a win. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the combined Odds.
• System Bet: A collection of multiple Combo Bets derived from a fixed selection. Stakes are staked equally; Payouts are calculated from the winning combinations.
• Special Bet Types: Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Canadian (Super Yankee), Heinz, Super Heinz, Goliath, and related variants are offered where available and described in market rules. Payouts are Stake multiplied by the total Odds of the winning combinations.
• Odds Rounding: If a payout involves more than two decimal places, the payout will be rounded to the second decimal. Total Odds use a fixed rounding method as defined in the market offer.
• Cash Out: A discretionary feature enabling settlement of a Bet under revised terms prior to final outcome. Availability may vary by Bet type and Market and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Bet Builder: A Bet on multiple Markets within the same Event. All selections must be correct to win. Bet Builder may be included in Combo or System Bets at the sole discretion of Indbet.
• Early Payout: A conditional settlement feature that may settle certain Bets before the final result if predefined conditions are met. Availability and terms are described with each offer and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Market Types

• Match (1X2): Home win (1), Draw (X), Away win (2).
• Correct Score: Exact final score prediction.
• Over/Under (Totals): Bet on total goals/points relative to a line. If the final total equals the line, the Bet is void.
• Odd/Even: Outcome is an odd or even number.
• Head-to-Head / Triple-Head: Competition between two or three Participants.
• Half Time / Full Time: Results at half-time and at full-time; bets may be void if the match format deviates from the described structure.
• Period Betting: Results of defined periods within the Event.
• Draw No Bet: Bet on a Team to win; stake refunded if the match ends in a draw.
• Handicap: A handicap is applied to one Team; if the final result after the handicap equals the line, the Bet is void.
• Asian Handicap: The Stake is allocated across handicap lines; partial win or loss may apply depending on the result.
• Double Chance: Bet on two outcomes (1X, 12, or X2).
• Outright / Place: Bet on final placement or winner of a tournament or event.
• Quarter / Half / Period X: Bets on outcomes within specified segments of the Event.
• Race to X: Bet on which Participant reaches a specified threshold first.
• Scorer Markets: Bets on goalscorers or scorers for Goal X; and similar markets apply to applicable Events.

Settlement, Timing and Disputes

• General Settlement: The outcome of a market is settled when determined by official sources. If an Event is decided after the normal duration or extended play, settlement follows the official outcome, with exceptions described in the market terms. Markets linked to events not started, postponed or abandoned may be void or settled per market description and regulatory guidance.
• Postponed or Abandoned Events: If an Event is postponed or abandoned, Bets may be voided or settled according to the official outcome if the Event is not resumed within the period stated in the market description or regulatory rules. Where applicable, bets on markets affected by postponement may be voided while other markets remain settled.
• VAR and Referee Decisions: If a video review alters the on-field decision after the time of Bet placement, Bets placed during the intervening period may be voided if the decision materially affects the outcome. Bets not affected by the VAR decision shall stand.
• Play-or-Pay: Outright markets may be subject to a Play-or-Pay rule where bets stand regardless of a participant’s inability to participate, with H2H markets treated as void if a listed participant is unable to participate.
• Rule on Discrepancies: Where a correction to an official result is issued, settlement may be amended to reflect the final official decision provided such decision is communicated before the conclusion of the event window defined by the market terms.
• Settlement Window: The maximum interval between initial settlement and any re-settlement is 30 days, unless otherwise mandated by a regulatory authority.

Outrights, Live Betting and Restrictions

Outright markets (short-term and long-term) and live Bets are subject to regulatory and risk controls. Indbet may impose limits on stakes, offer subset markets by jurisdiction, and exclude certain markets where required by law or to maintain betting integrity. Indbet reserves the right to void or suspend Bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, erroneous odds, or breaches of the Rules.

Rounding, Odds Display and Payout Calculations

For user experience, Odds displayed to End Users may be shown with two decimal digits. Total Odds calculations are performed using a sixth decimal rounding, and the Winnings are truncated to two decimal digits. Any discrepancy observed between displayed and settled amounts will be resolved in accordance with these rounding rules.

Final Provisions

• Compliance: End Users must comply with applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing and responsible gaming obligations. Indbet may request verification information and suspend services as needed under regulatory requirements.
• Amendments: Indbet may amend these Rules at any time for legitimate business or legal reasons. Continued use of the Sportsbook after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.
• Disputes: Any dispute arising under these Rules will be resolved in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework and Indbet’s internal dispute resolution policies.
